Your access code
Guru is invite-only while the coach is being trained. If you're with a Rainbow office, your manager has a code.
Ten seconds of your voice
This is how the coach knows which voice on the tape is you. Without it we can't tell you your talk ratio — we'd just be guessing which half of the room was the rep.
"Hi, I'm here about the air quality appointment. Is now still a good time for both of you?"
The call
Audio only for now — m4a, mp3, wav, webm, ogg. Up to 120 minutes, up to 150 MB. A phone voice memo is fine; the coach is built for real rooms, not studio audio.
What you sell, and where
The coach grades against the trade, not a generic sales script. A 55% talk ratio is excellent in B2B and a disaster in a 45-minute in-home demo — so it needs to know which room you were in.
Your market shapes the buyer panel your call gets scored against — income, home ownership, household size all move what a normal objection looks like. State is enough; the metro just sharpens it.
Where to send the report
No password, no account. You get a private link — treat it like one, because anyone you send it to can read the whole breakdown.
